The 6 kV system of the rectifier workshop of the electrical workshop is responsible for the power supply of 4 sets of equipment in the western part of this plant. It has been put into operation for more than 20 years, and there are hidden dangers such as aging of the sealing gasket, poor insulation of the terminal block, and poor reliability of the relay protection system. In order to ensure the safe power supply of the system, this plant has invested 13 million yuan to completely rectify the electrical equipment of the rectification institute and completely eliminate potential power supply problems.
The electrolysis device electrolyte concentration tank has been in service for many years, equipment corrosion is severe, and infrastructure conditions are poor. In order to ensure production without hidden dangers, this plant has carried out technological transformation of the installation, repeatedly organized the professional and technical personnel to conduct repeated research, and together with the design organization to analyze the hidden dangers and determine the scientific reconstruction plan. At present, the total investment of 1.1 million yuan has been fully started in the treatment of hidden dangers, and the original centralized plant has been completely dismantled in recent days.
