Yaskawa Electric's new model of additional arc welding robot

Yaskawa Electric has launched the new model "EA1800N" for the "EA" series of arc welding robots, with a handling capacity of 15kg, which is five times the original. In addition to the water-cooled welding torch required for continuous welding with high current and the special arc welding torch "Servo Torch" with high-precision welding consumables, it is equipped with a camera.
The entire equipment, including robots, controllers and operating boxes, is priced at 5.25 million yen (tax included).

The operating speed of the rotating shaft is increased from 170°/sec to 195°/sec. In this way, the working time when the welding operation is not performed and only the robot itself is active is shortened by 10%. Especially in the case of workpieces with more welding positions and large workpieces with farther welding positions, the machining time can be shortened.

Like the original model, the arc welding piping and wiring are housed in the robot arm, preventing the line from being entangled in the robot body and interfering with the surroundings. Using the company's fusion power supply, the fusion power supply can also be operated on a color liquid crystal display equipped in the robot operation box, which shortens the condition adjustment time.

EDAWELD Co., Ltd. professional produce Trumpf Laser product, Trumpf Nozzles. We have Trumpf Nozzle STD, Trumpf Nozzle HP. Laser as a new tool is currently applied to a variety of increasingly sophisticated industries, including laser cutting machine, laser engraving machine, laser marking machine, laser welding, etc. Our laser nozzles are made by imported high-quality copper and use superb CNC technology. So they got bright surface and cutting speed, less wear and tear, as compared with the original parts, we can reach 90%. But our low prices, it is worth buying.
