The GN-AFA-III automatic coater is designed to produce consistent thick films with a heating cover. It features an innovative driving system that ensures smooth coating on various materials. The flat vacuum chuck helps secure the substrate sheet quickly and easily, making it ideal for thin substrates and uniform tape casting. A 150mm wide micrometer adjustable applicator comes included for immediate use. The heating cover includes a digital temperature controller, allowing drying of the film up to 200°C with ±1°C accuracy. This machine is widely used in research for ceramic tape casting and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.
