The GN-AFA-III automatic coater is designed for consistent thick film coating with a heating cover. It features a unique driving system that ensures smooth and uniform coating on various materials. The flat vacuum chuck allows for fast and secure holding of substrates, especially useful when working with thin materials to achieve even tape casting. A 150mm width micrometer adjustable applicator is included for immediate use. The heating cover comes with a digital temperature controller, capable of drying the film up to 200°C with ±1°C accuracy. This machine is widely used in research for ceramic tape casting and lithium-ion battery electrode coating.
