2. Before spraying the sprinkler, be sure to check the correct position of each valve.
The hot asphalt added to the asphalt tank must reach the operating temperature of 160-180°C. Long-distance transportation or working time is too long. The heating device can be used for thermal insulation, but it cannot be used as a melting furnace.
3, asphalt tank can not be filled too full, fuel filler cap must be tight, in order to prevent bitumen spillage during transport.
4. When heating the asphalt in the tank with a burner, the height of the asphalt must exceed the upper plane of the combustion chamber, otherwise the combustion chamber will be burned out.
5. If the asphalt pump and the pipeline are blocked by the solidified asphalt, the pump cannot be forcibly turned. The burner can be used for baking, and the direct baking of the ball valve and the rubber parts should be avoided.
6. When you begin to spray asphalt, the start must be slow and the car stays at a low speed. Do not step on the accelerator to prevent damage to components such as clutches and asphalt pumps.
7. There are two consoles on the front and rear of the vehicle. When using the front console, the switch must be dialed before the control. In this case, the console can only control the rise and fall of the nozzle. When the rear console is used, the switch needs to be dialed to the rear control. At this time, the front console has no effect. In addition, each small shower switch can be opened and closed by using the rear console.
8. The daily operation is completed. If any remaining asphalt must be put back into the asphalt pool, it will not work in the tank at the next time. If the car or the working device fails and it is determined that it cannot be repaired in a short time, the asphalt in the tank must be completely drained.
