Brief Introduction
Designed for delivering non-corrosive lubricating oil or similar liquids without solid particles or fibers, this pump is also suitable for hydraulic systems. It provides efficient and reliable performance in a wide range of applications.

Application Scope
It can function as a transfer pump, booster pump, or fuel pump in oil delivery systems, and as a pressurization and injection pump in fuel supply systems. Additionally, it can serve as a hydraulic pump in various industrial fields, offering consistent power and lubrication support.

Structure Features
The YCB series gear pumps are composed of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and axle-end seals. The double circular tooth design ensures less wear on the gear surfaces, stable operation, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This innovative design has replaced traditional models, offering improved performance and reliability. A safety valve is included to protect against overload, with a full return flow pressure 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure. The safety valve can be adjusted within the allowable pressure range based on specific conditions. However, it should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. If needed, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline. Two types of axle-end seals are available—mechanical seal and packing seal—depending on customer requirements or application conditions.
