The YCB gear pumps consist of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and axle-end seals. The double circular tooth design reduces wear on the gear surfaces, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This innovative design eliminates traditional limitations, offering improved performance and durability. The pump is equipped with a safety valve to protect against overpressure. The full return flow pressure is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. Adjustments can be made within the allowable pressure range based on the operating conditions. However, the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. If needed, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline.
