a Rigid tank installations are generally carried out in cages. Due to different construction methods, the cage has three, four or five layers. The layer spacing of the cage is equal to the spacing of the tank beams. Three-layer cages for wooden tanks are usually installed, and four-layer cages for metal tanks are installed. During installation, the canister is suspended by a winch and sent to the wellbore. Under the single root of the wooden tank, the metal tank can be lowered by a plurality of hanging devices. After the tank channel is installed in the tank girth, the workers on each layer of the cage can simultaneously clamp the tank channel with steel clips.
b Installation of wire rope cans According to different fixing and tensioning positions of wire rope cans, it can be divided into two methods: bottom hole weight tightening and derrick screw tensioning:

1 ) The bottom hammer is tightened. That is, the upper end of the tank is fixed on the derrick by a wedge-shaped fixing device, and the bottom of the tank is tightened by a weight device.

2 ) The derrick screw tensioning method. The lower end of the tank is fixed to the bottom of the well with a rope clamp, and the upper end is connected to the derrick by a screw tensioning device. Due to its limited tension, it is not suitable for use in deep wells.
D Ladder and pipeline installation Ladders are usually installed at the same time with the tank beam. The pipelines are installed in a bottom-up sequence, that is, a support beam is first erected at the joint between the wellbore and the pipe, and a support with a bent pipe is installed thereon, and then the pipe is installed upward. The pipe is installed on a can or cage. Mounting brackets for power, signal, and cables are installed while the tank rails are installed. The cable is bundled on the wire rope, lowered from the ground to the bottom of the well, and then the cable clamp is clamped down from the ground.
