Application:
This machine is designed to fill and seal various types of tubes including ointments, creams, toothpaste, lotions, jams, and viscous materials. It supports automatic sealing, tail folding, and batch number embossing (including manufacturing date). It is ideal for aluminum, plastic, and laminated tubes. The machine allows you to switch between plastic and aluminum tubes without changing molds, saving time and reducing errors.

Working Principle:
The tube filling and sealing machine is designed for filling and sealing aluminum, plastic, and laminated tubes in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, and adhesive industries. The process involves: tubes entering the tube chamber vertically, being transferred by a rotating plate to the second station for marking detection, then moving to the third station for tube positioning and inspection (optional nitrogen cleaning), followed by material filling at the fourth station, sealing (and tail bending) at the fifth station, batch number printing, cooling, cutting, and finally discharging the finished products.
The main structure includes transmission, feeding, rotation, tail sealing, filling, and electrical control systems.

1. With 9 stations and a manipulator, it can handle different types of tubes and sealing requirements, making it a multi-functional machine.
2. The entire process from tube feeding, marking, filling, sealing, batch number printing, and product discharge is fully automated.
3. Servo control allows precise filling amount adjustment via a touch screen.
4. Adjustable tube chamber height based on tube length, with an external reverse feeding system for easier and tidier operation.
5. High precision mechanical linkage photo sensor with less than 0.2mm tolerance, reducing color deviation between tube and marking.
6. Integrated electronic, pneumatic, and photoelectric control systems with alarms for low pressure or tube errors, and automatic shutdown if safety doors are opened.
7. Three-layer jacket instant heater that ensures no damage to tube patterns and provides a firm, neat sealing effect.
8. Five-fold and three-fold manipulator functions allow double-sided code printing, enhancing product quality and machine performance.
9. High-grade LCD controller with buttons for easy control of speed regulation, parameter setting, constant statistics, pressure instructions, and troubleshooting display.
