Working Principle:
The tube filling and sealing machine is suitable for filling and sealing various types of tubes used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and adhesive industries. The process includes feeding the tubes into the chamber, marking detection, cleaning (optional), filling, sealing, batch number printing, cooling, cutting, and finally discharging the finished products. The machine is equipped with a main transmission system, feeding unit, rotation mechanism, sealing unit, and an electrical control system.
 
Features:

1. It has 9 stations and can handle different types of tubes such as aluminum, plastic, and laminated tubes. It's a multi-functional machine that can meet various sealing and tail-folding requirements.
2. All procedures including tube feeding, marking, cleaning, filling, sealing, code printing, and product discharge are fully automatic.
3. Servo control allows precise adjustment of filling volume through a touch screen interface.
4. The height of the tube chamber can be adjusted via motor according to the tube length. An external reversal feeding system makes the loading process more convenient and organized.
5. The mechanical linkage photo sensor has a precision tolerance of less than 0.2mm, minimizing color deviation between the tube and the marking.
6. Integrated electronic, pneumatic, and photoelectric control systems ensure safe operation. If no tube is detected or pressure is low, the machine will alert and stop automatically.
7. A three-layer jacket heater ensures even heating without damaging the tube’s outer surface, providing a strong and neat seal.
8. The machine features a five-fold and three-fold manipulator, allowing dual-sided coding and improving product quality and machine performance.
9. High-grade liquid crystal display controller with buttons for easy operation, allowing stepless speed regulation, parameter setting, constant statistics, pressure instruction, and fault display.
