Total Petrochemicals recently announced that it plans to build a new polystyrene plant in the Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons.
Total Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and plans to confirm this investment project in the first half of 2012.
