China Western Auto Development Forum has made great achievements
During the forum, Shaanxi Automobile Group, Gaoling County Government, Xi'an Science and Technology Bureau, Xi'an Economic Development Zone, and Chang'an University jointly signed a framework agreement for the construction of a demonstration base for commercial innovation in the western commercial automobile industry with a planned investment of 5 billion yuan.
The Gaoling County Government signed investment agreements for industrial projects with 9 companies including Sinochem Modern Environmental Protection Chemicals (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Auto Deshi Group, Beijing Guanghua Rongchang Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and Xian Ruitong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. A strategic cooperation agreement was signed with 10 major projects such as the infrastructure construction of the Luohe Industrial Park and the overall planning of urban and rural areas. The total investment of the contract reached 18 billion yuan, setting a new high for investment in Gaolin County.

Auto parts industry has made great progress
When the China Western Auto Industry Development Forum was opened in 2009, the West China Auto Parts Industry Base, jointly established by Gaoling and Shaanxi Automobile Group, had a scale of only 25 square kilometers, of which the auto parts base planned for 11.83 square kilometers. Only 2.83 square kilometers were developed and 25 enterprises were established. By the time of the fourth China Western Auto Industry Development Forum in 2012, 83 enterprises had entered the base, and the total scale of the industrial park reached 65 square kilometers. In 2011, the base-related automobile companies realized an output value of 33 billion yuan. Cummins, CIMC A number of auto parts and famous domestic and foreign companies settled at the base, such as Shaanqi's matching rate in Gaoling was increased from 10% before the forum to more than 25%, a modernization integrating manufacturing, R&D, testing and sales. It is understood that the Luohe Industrial Park will focus on five major industrial systems: commercial automobile manufacturing and parts and components, petroleum equipment manufacturing, petrochemical industry, weapons manufacturing, food and medicine. It is expected that the Luohe Industrial Park will be developed by 2020. 200 square kilometers of output value of 200 billion yuan in Xi'an to develop a new growth pole.
