A company based in Tianjin has recently introduced China's first battery repair machine, a groundbreaking innovation that addresses the long-standing challenges of battery recycling and offers an efficient way to extend battery life, cut costs, and reduce environmental pollution. The battery repair machine is compact, easy to install and transport, user-friendly, and environmentally friendly. Currently, the average cost of a car battery in the market is around 300 yuan, but its lifespan is only 1 to 1.5 years. Once it fails, it often ends up discarded, contributing significantly to waste. Based on data from Tianjin, nearly 1.2 million lead-acid batteries are imported annually, costing 336 million yuan. With battery repair technology, the country could save up to 144 million yuan per year—equivalent to 40% savings.

This process helps dissolve the white lead sulfate crystals (sulfation) that accumulate on the plates, allowing the battery to regain its function in an eco-friendly and efficient manner.
