    1 Scope

This regulation specifies the safe operation contents and requirements of the oil management personnel.

The order applies to mineral processing plant fuel management work.

2 content

2.1 Operators must be qualified after safety training; wear professional protective equipment such as helmets and gloves before starting work. Employees must wear three tight dresses; women workers must be in safety helmets, not wearing shorts, high heels, and slippers. All electrical equipment and lines in the oil depot must be sealed and explosion-proof, and open flames are not allowed.

2.2 There must be preventive measures around the oil depot, and sufficient safety fire extinguishers should be provided. The fire fighting equipment must be flexible and easy to use.

2.3 The oil depot should have good ventilation. Once the oil is on fire, use fire extinguishing devices such as sand, carbon dioxide, carbon tetrachloride, and dry powder. It is strictly forbidden to use water to extinguish the fire.

2.4 It is strictly forbidden to put oil and flammable and explosive materials in the same stock. Oil-filled appliances need to be sealed, and special personnel (including all units of oil depots) should be kept in a safe place.

2.5 depot allowed to use the drill, electrocautery tools such as iron and welding, hammer work, tapping or the like forbidden to use open steam iron, iron kerosene shall be made of copper or special tools. Do not wear nail shoes to avoid spark accidents.

2.6 Before each oil injection, check whether the oil pressure, valve, tank inventory, oil filter, breathing valve, etc. are normal, and confirm that there is no problem before entering the oil.

2.7 When unloading oil, check that the ladder, mast, oil pipe, etc. are normal before proceeding, and do the finishing work.

2.8 The lightning protection grounding device of the oil depot must be good. When the temperature is higher than 35 °C or the relative temperature is lower than 50%, spray water to reduce the temperature in the place where there is danger of electricity to reduce the static electricity. The grounding resistance should be less than 10Ω.

2.10 Oil-impregnated yarn yarns and oil gloves should be disposed of in time and should not be stacked together to avoid spontaneous combustion.

2.11 Oil tanks of oil depots cannot be mixed, and a fire prevention system and safety management system should be established.

2.12 Under normal circumstances, the whole library is once a day. In case of oil tank maintenance and abnormal climate changes (such as after heavy rain or heavy snowfall), the number of inspections should be increased, records should be made, and problems should be reported and dealt with in a timely manner.

2.13 The reservoir area and the warehouse should be kept clean and tidy, so that the equipment has no rust and no oil on the ground.

2.14 Oil storage should pay attention to changes in temperature and humidity. In summer (about 38 °C), there should be cooling measures (such as watering, tank shading, etc.).

2.15 The warehousing personnel must strictly implement the rules and regulations, and it is forbidden to bring fire, explosives, etc. into the reservoir area.

2.16 When an open fire must be used for maintenance, it is necessary to go to the security department to apply for a fire certificate, and there are security and security personnel in the presence of the fire.
