Zhejiang Institute of Metrology added 3 new science and technology awards in 2019

The Zhejiang Institute of Metrology as the undertaking unit completed the "Standard Approximate Point Sound Source Development and Sound Field Research" project and won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award. On July 17, at the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Awards Conference, the Zhejiang Institute of Metrology completed the "Key Technologies and Application of Atmospheric Particulate Matter Monitoring and Measurement" project as the first complete unit, and the "OIML R46-oriented" project completed as the second complete unit. Two projects of "Key Technologies and Application of Smart Meters" won the third prize of Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
The "Standard Approximate Point Sound Source Development and Sound Field Research" project is based on the acoustic waveguide theory and layered medium principle, designed and developed to meet the sound source requirements for sound field evaluation, optimization and detection and sound source positioning system applications. At the same time, applied research was carried out on the required standard sound source. Relying on the research results of the project, published 15 papers; 5 authorized patents, including 4 invention patents; 1 authorized soft work; 3 standards; completed 41 achievements transformation and horizontal projects, tested 687 batches, direct economic benefits 6.57 million yuan. The results were applied to 8 manufacturing companies, with indirect economic benefits reaching 459.96 million yuan.
The "Key Technologies and Application of Atmospheric Particulate Matter Monitoring and Measurement" project aimed at the current lack of measurement accuracy and consistency of atmospheric particulate matter monitors. It developed methods and devices for atmospheric particulate matter monitoring and measurement, and formulated a number of measurement technical specifications. The project results fill the gaps in the traceability system of domestic atmospheric particulate matter monitors, and are applied to environmental protection and meteorological related units such as Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center to help our province win the "Blue Sky Defense War" and accelerate the "clean air action" of our province It also provides strong data support for the air quality assurance of major events such as the G20 and the World Internet Conference. The project formed 3 invention patents and published 7 papers, including 7 papers included in SCI.
The "Key Technologies and Applications of Smart Meters Facing the OIML R46 Standard" project is supported by the State Administration of Quality Supervision Public Welfare Project "Research on the Quality Evaluation Methods of Embedded Software for Electronic and Electrical Products" (201110059), and implements smart meters in response to the international recommendations given by the OIML R46 standard The optimization and improvement of the R46 international standard has reconstructed the smart meter performance test method for the R46 international standard, and has broken through the technical problems in the three major links of smart meter R&D, testing and software verification after the R46 national standard has been adopted, and made effective integration of R46 international recommendations. An important contribution to fill the gaps in domestic research in related fields. The project results have carried out 4.64 million technical applications in relevant domestic enterprises and institutions, which has improved the accuracy and reliability of smart meter system design, research and development, and achieved economic benefits of several billion yuan. The project has formed 3 national standards, 1 verification regulation, 1 "Made in Zhejiang" group standard, authorized 10 invention patents, published 15 papers, and published 1 monograph.
