These three flotation machines are basically the same, and are developed with reference to the US Wemco flotation machine.
The XJQ flotation machine was developed in 1976. In 1979, it was developed into three types of XJQ-40, 80 and 160. In 1983, the XJQ-20 was produced. The mining was later produced. XJQ-280 type, these specifications form a series. Which XJQ-160-type tank volume of 16m3, was home to the largest size, while Angang East Anshan iron ore beneficiation plant red flotation, sorting and performance indicators are better than 6A type flotation machine. Subsequently, the North Mine Institute designed and developed the JJF type 4, 8, 16, 20m3 flotation machine with the same principle structure. JJF flotation machine is mainly produced by Jiangsu Baolong, Inner Mongolia gold machinery repair (hereinafter referred to as the machine), and other plants.
The BS-M flotation machine was designed by China Nonferrous Engineering Research and Design Institute (hereinafter referred to as China Nonferrous Metals Institute and former Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research and Design Institute) in 1984. It is also gradually serialized, mainly by Northwest Nonferrous Metallurgical Machinery Factory (below). Referred to as the Northwest Plant), the production of tobacco and minerals.
(1) Structure and working principle. The structure of the XJQ flotation machine and the JJF flotation machine are shown in Fig. 1. It is mainly composed of a tank body, an impeller, a stator, a dispersion cover, a false bottom, a draft tube, a vertical tube, an adjusting ring and the like.
When the impeller rotates, eddy currents are generated in the column and the draft tube, and the vortex forms a negative pressure, which draws air from the intake pipe and mixes with the slurry sucked in through the draft tube in the impeller and stator regions. The slurry gas mixing flow is formed by the impeller forming a tangential direction, and then converted into a radial motion by the action of the stator, and uniformly distributed in the flotation tank. The mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer, and the unilateral or bilateral scraping is the foam product.
(2) Main features. The structure and working characteristics of the two flotation machines are: 1 the impeller has small diameter, low speed, shallow installation depth and low power consumption; 2 there is a large gap between the impeller and the stator (Fig. 2), and the ore particles are The wear is reduced. The stator is a cylinder with an elliptical hole, which can mix and disperse air and slurry, so it is also called a disperser; 3 the height of the stator is lower than that of the impeller, and the impeller is exposed under the stator, which is beneficial to the mixing and circulation of the slurry; 4The stator-shaped apertured dispersion cover of the stator acts as a stabilizer, which can separate the eddy current generated by the impeller from the foam layer, so that the slurry surface remains stable and facilitates automatic control; 5 the inspiratory volume is large and can be 0.1 ~lm 3 /m 2 •min adjust the amount of aeration; 6 has a false bottom above the bottom of the tank, the slurry can flow between the two, and through the draft tube to circulate, so that the slurry can be carried out in a fixed route The lower large circulation (Fig. 2) can also reduce the depth of the impeller immersed in the slurry, and increase the aeration amount, so that the air bubbles can be fully dispersed; 7 the agitation degree is moderate, the solid particles are well suspended, no sinking, and no parking is required for parking.
The other advantages of the flotation machine are high beneficiation recovery rate, large production capacity, wide particle size range, low dosage, low maintenance cost and reliable performance. The disadvantage is that it cannot self-prime the slurry, and a foam pump is used when the mine returns.
(3) Product examples. XJQ type and JJF type flotation machine are the new advanced flotation equipments in China . They can be widely used in the selection of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals. They are suitable for rough selection and sweeping of large and medium-sized flotation plants. .
The XJQ flotation machine is composed of a number of basic tanks, the XJQ-40 basic tank is 2 tanks, the XJQ-80 basic tank is 1 and 2 tanks, and the XJQ-160 basic tank is 1 tank. When a number of basic slots are combined into one group for sorting, they can be arranged in 1 to 2 steps according to different situations. The installation height difference of XJQ-40 and XJQ-80 is 300mm, and the installation height difference of XJQ-160 is 350mm.
The user unit should select the number of slots per group according to the processing capacity of the plant. The selection principle is: the larger the flow rate, the fewer the number of slots per group is selected; the smaller the flow rate, the more the number of slots per group can be selected.

The JJF flotation machine has no self-priming slurry capacity, and the working room needs to be arranged in steps. The drop is 300~400mm, and a foam pump should be installed. Usually, the JJF flotation machine and the SF flotation machine form a combined unit, and the SF type flotation machine is used as a suction tank JJF type flotation machine as a DC tank, so that the operation room can be horizontally arranged without a foam pump.
The technical parameters of the JJF flotation machine produced by Jiangsu Baolong are listed in Table 6. The external dimensions, configuration and dimensions are shown in Figures 6, 7 and 7. Nanjing Yinxing Machinery also produces these JJF flotation machines.
4. The North Mining Institute developed the JJF-II flotation machine in 1990. It has four specifications of JJF-1II, 2II, 3II and 4II. In recent years, the specifications have been increasing. There are 14 specifications and the volume is up to 42. ~160m 3 , can be combined with the JJF flotation machine of the same specification, which can also make the horizontal arrangement of the work room, no need of foam pump, and more convenient operation and maintenance. The JJF-II flotation machine can also be used alone, and the effect is quite good. The characteristics of JJF-II flotation machine developed and produced by North Mining Institute are as follows: large inspiratory capacity; low energy consumption; good air dispersion; light wear and low maintenance cost; start with load; less consumption of chemicals; Easy maintenance; advanced slurry surface control system, easy to operate and manage; the flotation machine is designed with a suction tank to make the flotation operation horizontal, eliminating the need for a foam pump. The technical parameters are listed in Table 8, the stand-alone and system configurations are shown in Figure 8, and the relevant mounting dimensions are listed in Table 9.
The JJF flotation machine for internal machine and tobacco mine production is shown in the joint unit of SF and JJF flotation machine.
5. Kunshan Jinshan and Northwest Plants The specifications and technical performance of the JJF flotation machine produced by Kunshan Jinshan are listed in Table 10. The BS-M flotation machine produced by the Northwest Plant and its main technical parameters are listed in Table 11.
