In view of the above situation, the author and others used the Nielsen machine to re-select the rough selection test of its chute tailings and cyclone grit. After the concentrate was selected by shaker, the grades reached 2796g/t and 1425g/t, respectively, and the recovery rate was 34% and 21.36%. This part of the gold in the chute concentrate is not a problem with the Nielsen machine. Therefore, the recovery rate of the -4mm grade ore by the Nielsen machine will reach 46.4%. The distribution rate of -4 mm gold is about 55.4% of the total ore. Therefore, the recovery rate of the treatment of Zijinshan gold ore with Nielsen machine is about 25.7%, which is 19.7% higher than that of the chute.
    Second, Jilin Hunchun Gold and Copper Mine
The ore dressing plant treats ore 500t per day, mainly recovers gold and copper by flotation method, and has fixed chute in the grinding circuit to recover coarse to medium grain gold, and the gold recovery rate is only 8% to 10%. The mine is a low grade sulfide type gold deposit. The gold grade of the original ore sample is 1.1g/t, which is mainly in the presence of medium and fine grain natural gold. It is one of the gold mines to be developed by our company. Our institute has developed the Nielsen machine re-election-carbon leaching process. The total recovery rate of the smelting test gold is 91.9%, among which the Nielsen machine re-election recovery rate is 34.85%, and the concentrate grade is 617.2g/t. The process has been designed by the Guangdong Baoyuan Company and Nanchang Nonferrous Metallurgy Design Institute for the ore dressing plant.
Fourth, Guangdong Xinyi Tin Mine
Mine fine lines with a variety of sulfide (molybdenite, bismuthinite like) disseminated cassiterite. The ore sample contains 0.5% tin, mainly in the presence of cassiterite. It is also one of the mines that our company is about to develop. After grinding it to -0.3mm in our hospital, we first used the Nielsen machine rough selection-shaker selection method to recover the coarser cassiterite. Under the condition of 90 times gravity, a tin concentrate having a yield of 0.14%, a concentrate grade of 38.57%, and a recovery rate of 10.09% was obtained.
