1, the basic requirements for the installation of insulation pipe:

2, pipe welding method:

1) The welded pipelines shall be constructed on the basis of staked-out lines in accordance with procedures such as straightening of pipes, cutting of blanks, bevels, pairs, welding, and cleaning of slag.

2) Groove processing and cleaning: The cutting groove of the pipeline generally adopts oxygen-acetylene flame gas cutting. After the gas cutting is completed, the iron oxide of the nozzle is cleaned with a guillotine knife, and the abrasive surface will be smoothed and polished by the polishing machine. Small diameter pipe as much as possible using the cutting wheel. Oil, rust and moisture shall be removed within 20mm on both sides of the groove, and the metal luster shall be guaranteed. The surface of the groove shall be free of defects such as cracks and interlayers, and the internal and external dirt of the groove shall be removed.

3) The electrode and flux should be dried according to the instructions before use, and kept dry during use. No peeling and significant cracking of the electrode coating.

4) The welding construction must be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of the welding work instructions; the safety equipment and performance tests must be performed before the welding equipment is used; unqualified equipment is forbidden to enter the construction site; the self-inspection and mutual inspection work is well done in the welding process. Welding quality process control.

5) Pre-weld nozzle group: The pair of pipe butt welds must be flush with the inner wall, and the amount of misaligned inner wall must not exceed the standard; the pipe group must be fixed by the welder who welds the pipe. Or welding wire should be the same as that used for the formal welding, spot welding length of 10-15mm, height of 2-4mm, and should exceed 2/3 of the pipe wall thickness; pipe weld surface cracks, holes, slag inclusions and other defects; When the pipe fittings are solid, the welding area should be kept free from adverse environmental conditions (wind, rain).

6) Prevent arc pit craters from cracking. Multi-layer welding makes staggering of interlayer joints. Each weld should be welded once as far as possible. When the support is forced to be interrupted, crack prevention measures shall be taken in time to confirm that there is no crack before welding.

7) When connecting pipelines, do not use force to the mouth, especially when loosening the bolts with the equipment connecting part, and the counterpart part should be in the correct position.

8) The weld slag on the surface of the weld must be cleaned and the appearance quality checked to see if there are any welding defects such as blowholes, cracks, and inclusions. If there are defects, they must be promptly repaired and have a good record of repairs.

3, pipe pressure test and flushing:

1) Pipeline is tapped with tap water and tap water is used for irrigation test. One week before the pressure test and washing, according to the site conditions, prepare the pressure test and flushing instructions and clarify the key links such as water source and discharge point.

2) Before the pressure test, the piping system is checked according to the design drawings. Whether the stent is firm or not, and whether the pipeline is a closed system, it is possible to inspect the links that may affect the pressure test.

3) During the system water injection, the organizers carefully check and timely handle the problems found. When the system is under pressure test, the pressure should rise slowly. If problems are found, immediately vent the pressure and repair with no pressure.
