If it is inclined to install, it should be installed in the rising section of the fluid; if it is installed vertically, it should be installed in the pipe section where the flow direction of the fluid is from bottom to top; if it is installed in the open pipeline, it should be ensured that the fluid in the pipe does not empty. If there is a gap in the two horizontal sections, a high-level pipe with a height of 5m or more is installed to prevent the liquid in the upper-level pipe from emptying. At the end of the upper-level pipe, there is a “gate type” pipe bulge, and the “gate type” pipe is the highest. Set up automatic exhaust.

2. The flow field of the smart flowmeter sensor is stable and there is no whirlpool, and the multi-medium mixing instrument should have enough straight sections upstream and downstream. Generally, the upstream length is not less than 10 times the pipe diameter, and the downstream length is 3 times the pipe diameter.

If the upstream side has two elbows or choke fittings in the form of non-full-opening valves (such as regulating valves), the upstream straight section needs to be longer. If the on-site conditions are not met, a rectifier is installed on the upstream side to improve the fluid flow field without vortexing. In order to have a stable flow field, the flow meter should not be installed on the inlet side of the pump, it should be installed on the outlet side of the pump and should be as far away from the pump as possible.

3, the intelligent flow meter protection lining is not damaged: when installing the smart flow meter, can not use pipe stick or rope through the measuring tube for handling, lifting, so as not to damage the lining. Install the F4 lining flowmeter. When tightening the flange, pay attention to the force evenly, otherwise it will be easy to crush the lining. It is best to use a torque wrench.

4, to avoid deposits around the electrode debris: Smart flow meter to measure the liquid with particles, it is best to install the vertical, so that when the liquid stops flowing, solid particles will not be deposited in the measuring tube.
