According to reports, the new yellow label vehicle certification standard refers to diesel vehicles with emission levels lower than the national one emission standard and the national three emission standards. The original yellow label vehicle refers to the gasoline vehicle registered before July 1, 2000 and the diesel vehicle registered before January 1, 2008.
It is understood that in addition to Xinji City, other cities in the province have introduced the yellow label vehicle elimination subsidy standard. In the future, our province will further improve the environmental protection and comprehensive performance testing frequency of yellow label vehicles, and test them once every quarter. If the exhaust gas detection is unqualified, the motor vehicle inspection conformity mark shall not be issued, and the operating vehicle shall not apply for the "Transportation Operation Permit" and shall not handle the annual inspection procedures for road transportation. Vehicles that have not obtained the motor vehicle inspection conformity mark within three consecutive inspection periods after the expiration of the safety technology inspection period shall be strictly scrapped in accordance with the "Regulations on the mandatory standards for motor vehicle scrapping".
According to the new certification standards, the latest statistics show that there are still 430,000 vehicles in Hebei Province this year. Among them, 66,683 vehicles in Shijiazhuang. According to the arrangement of the yellow label car elimination plan, by 2015, China will basically eliminate the yellow-label vehicles in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions; by 2017, the national-wide yellow-label vehicles will be basically eliminated.
