This 30-foot command vehicle is built on a Freightliner MT-55 forward control chassis, offering a strong and reliable base for emergency operations. It's powered by a B6.7L diesel engine paired with an Allison 2500EVS automatic transmission, ensuring smooth performance even in demanding conditions. The truck features rear air suspension, which enhances ride comfort and stability when moving across rough terrain.
The all-aluminum body includes two custom LDV flat-floor slide-outs, maximizing interior workspace and providing easy access to equipment. The Intel-I-Touchâ„¢ system is a key feature, allowing full automation of the vehicle, including leveling it on site for optimal operation. A 3-camera rear view system makes parking simple and safe, while the Extreme Duty body storage compartments offer ample space for additional gear and tools.
For visibility and communication, a weatherproof exterior workstation includes a 65†QLED 4K display monitor. A digital HDTV antenna is also installed, feeding content to all monitors throughout the vehicle. A heavy-duty non-locking rear mast supports two separate camera systems, ideal for monitoring the surrounding area during operations.
Inside, the front workroom has five workstations, each equipped with a 32†high-resolution display monitor. Custom aluminum cabinets provide extra storage, and Spider Base task chairs ensure comfort during long shifts. The center of the vehicle houses a large electronics rack and a lavatory, while the galley includes a microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker for convenience.
Magnetic closure pocket doors and magnetic surface whiteboards make the space flexible and functional. The rear room features a fixed collaboration table with two Spider Base chairs and a bench seat for staff. Flip-down seating is available in the curbside slide-out, and a large 65†display is mounted on the rear wall. A sliding egress window adds ventilation and emergency access.
Cooling is handled by three ducted, low-profile rooftop A/C units, controlled via the Intel-I-Touch system. For heating, direct discharge diesel-fired furnaces are installed. A 20kW liquid-cooled diesel generator ensures continuous power, while a full vehicle surge suppression system protects sensitive electronics. Emergency lighting and siren packages are included for safety and visibility.
An emitter is mounted on the light bracket, and a pan/tilt/zoom IP-based camera is installed on the roof raceway. An HDMI matrix switcher manages multiple video feeds, making it easy to monitor different areas from one central location.

We manufacture the honed pipes using our factory`s [Suitable To Hone" Steel Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes (CDS tubes)& Steel Cold Drawn Welded Tubes (CDW tubes). In order to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and smoothly ID surface, the honing process involves using abrasive polishing stones and abrasive paper to remove small amounts of material. Besides the honing process, we also use the SRB process (skiving and roller burnishing) to produce honed tubing. Honed tube is ready to use for hydraulic cylinder applications without further ID processing.
Honed precision tubes are made of seamless steel tubes, with raw materials hot rolled, under cold drawn process then honing. They are widely used for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders. Honing is a finishing method whose goal is to ensure perfect surface grade, in our case final treatment of the inner diameter of the tube. Advantage of this classic procedure honing is high geometrical accuracy of the shape with minimal conicity and waviness of the surface.

Honed tubing and SRB tubes (skived and roller burnished tubes) are mostly used as cylinder tube, such as hydraulic cylinder tube and pneumatic cylinder tubing, which are widely used for manufacturing and repairing hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders. As honed tube usually has very accuracy dimension tolerance and good surface smoothness, so this product is also used in applications where precision dimension or high smooth surface is need.
