This 30-foot command vehicle is built on a Freightliner MT-55 forward control chassis, offering a strong and reliable base for emergency operations. It’s powered by a B6.7L diesel engine paired with an Allison 2500EVS automatic transmission, ensuring smooth performance and efficiency. The truck features rear air suspension, providing a stable and comfortable ride even on rough terrain.
The all-aluminum body includes two custom LDV flat floor slide-outs, maximizing interior workspace and making it easy to access equipment and tools. The Intel-I-Touchâ„¢ system streamlines vehicle deployment and control, allowing operators to manage key functions from a single interface. A 3-camera rear view system makes parking simple and safe, while the Extreme Duty body storage compartments offer ample space for additional gear and supplies.
For visibility and communication, the exterior features a weatherproof workstation with a 65†QLED 4K display monitor. A digital HDTV antenna ensures that all monitors can receive high-quality TV signals. A heavy-duty non-locking rear mast supports two separate camera systems, ideal for surveillance and situational awareness.
Inside, the front workroom houses five workstations, each equipped with a 32†high-resolution display. Custom aluminum cabinets provide extra storage, and spider base task chairs ensure comfort during long shifts. The center of the vehicle contains a large electronics rack and a lavatory, while a fully equipped galley includes a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker.
Magnetic closure pocket doors and magnetic surface dry erase whiteboards add convenience and flexibility. The rear room features a fixed collaboration table with two spider base task chairs and a bench seat for additional staff. A flip-down bench seat in the curbside slide-out adds more seating options, and a large 65†monitor on the rear wall keeps everyone informed.
The vehicle is equipped with three low-profile rooftop A/C units for efficient cooling, controlled through the Intel-I-Touch system. For heating, direct discharge diesel-fired furnaces provide reliable warmth. A 20kW liquid-cooled diesel generator ensures a steady power supply, and a full vehicle surge suppression system protects sensitive electronics.
A complete emergency lighting and siren package is installed, along with an emitter on the light bracket and a pan/tilt/zoom IP-based camera mounted on the roof raceway. An HDMI matrix switcher allows for seamless video management across multiple displays.

4. The hollow core not only serves for flushing during drilling, but also for grouting after drilling.
5. Continuous threads ensure the bars can be cut and coupled at any point, or extended.
6. Different anchor bits are available for different ground conditions.
