At approximately 23:36 on April 15, 2015, St. Charles Fire Department was called to a reported house fire at 2901 Royal Fox Drive. Engine 102 arrived on scene to find a large, two-story brick home with the attached garage fully engulfed in flames. The responding crews launched an aggressive attack and quickly brought the fire under control, preventing it from spreading into the main structure of the house. It took about an hour to fully extinguish the fire using three hand lines. The firefighters did an excellent job containing the blaze and ensuring the safety of the property.
