**Product Introduction:**

The permanent cylindrical wet magnetic separator is designed for the separation of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic minerals in a wet environment. It offers continuous operation, large working clearance, deep magnetic field, and high processing capacity.
The wet magnetic separator works by drawing ferromagnetic minerals to the cylinder wall while non-magnetic materials are washed away. This makes it ideal for applications where fine particle separation is required. The drum can be paired with three types of tanks—CTS, CTN, and CTD—depending on the specific needs of the application. Each tank type is tailored for different particle size ranges and purposes, such as coal preparation or mineral concentration.
For dry powder applications, we also offer permanent cylindrical dry magnetic separators, available in single to four-cylinder configurations. These separators use NdFeB magnets, providing strong magnetic force, high efficiency, and low maintenance. They are widely used in industries such as grinding, fireproofing, non-metallic mineral processing, carbon black, food, feed, and chemical manufacturing.
**Working Principle:**
When pulp enters the magnetic zone of the separator, the magnetic minerals form lumps or chains due to the magnetic force. These are then attracted to the cylinder surface. As the cylinder rotates, gangue and non-magnetic materials are removed, leaving the concentrated magnetic material at the cylinder wall. The concentrate is then discharged using water.
