The equipment covers an area of ​​about 1500 square meters, up to 9.2 meters, a total weight of about 800 tons, the entire process using computer control and closed-loop control, all molding operations are completed on a rail, so the tire molding accuracy, good quality, high productivity. According to inspections, the giant radial tire made with this equipment is about 3 meters in diameter, the calculated perimeter error is only 0.72 millimeters, and the weight error is controlled within 1.5%. The indicators fully comply with the technological requirements. During the R&D process, this equipment solved a series of technical problems such as the manufacture of molding drums, spindle material formulations, and capsule turn-ups, and formed more than ten invention patents.
