Urban construction and maintenance tax and education surtax are levied at 7% and 3% of VAT, respectively, and 10,000 yuan for each additional 10,000 yuan is taxed at 119 yuan and 51 yuan. Judging from the current relationship between manufacturers and distributors, Lu Jinhua suggested that manufacturers should establish an equal and mutually beneficial relationship with distributors.
