The frame is the heaviest and largest torso part of the 5.5-meter mill, and the frame casting is the most important and critical process in the rack production process. According to reports, this 5.5-meter rolling mill has a length of 15.91 meters, a width of 4.671 meters, a height of 2.2 meters and a weight of 480 tons. It is currently a blank project in the world. Due to its high manufacturing cost, long cycle and technical difficulty, some large equipment companies in the world are difficult to care about. Through a fruitful scientific and technological breakthrough, Yizhong successfully solved the problem of oversized model strength, firmly locked the steel water bag up and down, and accurately smoothed more than 700 tons of molten steel in more than 1500 degrees and five ladle in the same time.
