Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Measurement won 3 awards of "Shanghai Science and Technology Award"

[ Instrument R & D of Instrumentation Network ] On the morning of May 19, 2020, the 2019 Shanghai Science and Technology Award Conference was held in the central hall of the Shanghai Exhibition Center to commend the science and technology workers who have made outstanding contributions to Shanghai ’s scientific and technological innovation and economic and social development. Three scientific and technological achievements of Shanghai Institute of Metrology won the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, including two second prizes and one third prize.
The project "Development of Crankshaft Camshaft Comprehensive Measuring Instrument Standard and Establishment of Traceability System" won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. The project developed a small spline ring gauge rod spacing probe mechanism based on the outer plane and inner knife edge, developed a turning and grinding process based on the translation of the main axis, and developed an adjustable standard eccentric shaft based on the triangular geometric relationship to solve the crankshaft. The problem of traceability of the comprehensive measurement instrument of the camshaft and the spline gauge has broken the long-term monopoly by foreign calibration institutions, making the Shanghai Metrology and Testing Technology Research Institute an institution with this calibration capability in China, which covers the East China region and even the whole country. The aerospace, large-scale ships, new energy vehicles and other core technology developments and technological advances within the country provide a strong foundation support. The project was authorized with 4 invention patents, 2 utility model patents, 1 software copyright, 1 national calibration specification was drafted, and 12 papers were published.
The project "Technology System and Application of Traceability of Nuclear Energy and Environmental Radioactive Safety Monitoring" won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. The project is aimed at nuclear power plants and environmental radioactivity monitoring technology and instruments. Through joint research and innovation of industry, university and research institutes, it has established a variety of radioactive safety monitoring for airborne radioactive iodine monitoring, environmental gamma dose rate and energy spectrum online monitoring, gamma radionuclide identification, etc. The measurement standards and national technical specifications for the on-site verification of the instrument have established a traceability system for nuclear energy and environmental radioactivity safety monitoring quantities, which solves the lack of online monitoring measurement standards and technical specifications for nuclear fission products, radioactive pollution and environmental gamma radiation, and the backward detection technology. The problem has filled many blanks in the field of radiometrics at home and abroad, and the overall technology has advanced domestically and reached the international advanced level. The project established 3 social public measurement standards in East China, drafted 8 national measurement technical specifications, obtained 3 authorized invention patents, 2 utility model patents, and published 13 academic papers.
The project "Research and Application of Key Technology Research and Measurement Device for the Traceability System of AC Resistance" won the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. The project breaks through the key technology of AC resistance value traceability. For the first time, it originally proposed and implemented an automatic quasi-balanced four-terminal resistance bridge, developed an electronic active inductive voltage divider, and used synchronous digital sampling technology to achieve fast and high-precision measurement. The capacitance loss factor was used to verify the measurement results of the AC resistance time constant, and the overall technology of the project reached the international advanced level. The project drafted 1 national standard, obtained 3 authorized invention patents, and published 9 papers.
