Shangchai SC25R/28R Series Engine
The Shangchai SC25R/28R series engine is a newly introduced small-displacement diesel engine after Shanghai Diesel was added to the SAIC Group, which can fully meet the emission requirements of the State IV and the future country V. This engine is derived from the Italian VM company, advanced technology, sophisticated technology; including Alfa Romeo, Chrysler navigator, Land Rover Defender, JEEP Cherokee, LDV light passenger and many other global best-selling models have had a large number of this engine. In the introduction and production process of Shanghai Diesel Engine, the excellent manufacturing process and excellent performance of this engine were inherited, ensuring the product quality. At the same time, Shangchai has conducted a large number of process improvements and technical improvements to the engine and road conditions in China in order to make the engine more suitable for the Chinese market. As far as the current situation is concerned, it has progressed smoothly. Some domestic testing and supporting manufacturers have received good response. Believe that this engine will be the most competitive product for this power segment.
Shangchai SC9DF engine
The Shangchai SC9DF engine is a diesel engine R&D experience and technical strength accumulated by Shangchai Company for many years. It is jointly developed with the Southwest Research Institute of the United States and conducts comprehensive performance test and development of the diesel engine. In accordance with the North American heavy-duty diesel engine process, a new generation of four-valve heavy-duty is developed and tested. Diesel engine, the maximum design power of 400 horsepower. The engine has excellent performance, good economy, high reliability, long service life, wide application range, and can meet the requirements of different regions, countries, and users, and the requirements of different supporting scopes. Suitable for supporting more than 10 meters of cities, highway passenger cars, heavy trucks and truck cranes and other products. After a new upgrade and improvement of the SC9DF engine on Shangchai has been able to fully meet the national IV and future national V emissions requirements.
Shangchai SC8DT natural engine
The Shangchai natural gas series engine is a medium-heavy engine fueled by compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG). It is suitable for the power supply of public transportation vehicles, inter-city buses, and regional transportation vehicles to meet the above-mentioned vehicles' high performance and low emission. Low noise requirements. As the earliest and most important large- and medium-sized natural gas engine in China, R&D, manufacturing and market leader, Shanghai Diesel has a deep accumulation of technologies and processes in the field of natural gas engines. This demonstration shows that the SC8DT engine uses electronic throttle to automatically adjust engine speed and output power. At idle, the engine output power is high, driving air-conditioning attachments is easier. The imported gas device with advanced technology, reliable operation and mass production can achieve single-point injection before the throttle to ensure the fuel and air are fully mixed and the combustion is stable. Shangchai SC9DK engine
The Shangchai SC9DK engine is jointly developed by Shangchai and other internationally renowned companies based on the original State II engine of Shangchai. It has mature engine technology and the main parts (body, cylinder head, crankshaft, piston, lever, etc.) are basically unchanged and have withstood. In the plateau, high temperature, alpine, high dust and other harsh environment under the strict assessment. This series of electronically controlled common-rail engines can realize the entire vehicle cruising function, improve driving comfort, and have self-diagnostic function that can be alarmed by the fault indicator on the on-board instrument and perform protective self-processing in the event of serious failure. Its electronically controlled exhaust brake system can switch on and off the exhaust brake system according to the engine operating conditions and the driver's intentions, while the idle speed adjustment function can change the engine speed according to the different driving conditions of the vehicle. This engine can be equipped with truck cranes, heavy trucks and other products. The Shangchai SC9DK engine can meet the national IV emission requirements.
