This tablet coating machine is composed of a main machine, slurry spraying system, hot-air cabinet, exhaust cabinet, feed and discharge device, and a computer programming control system. It is ideal for coating various tablets, pills, and sweets with organic film, water-soluble film, or sugar film. The tablets move in a complex and continuous track within the clean and closed drum of the coating machine. The coating mixture is sprayed onto the tablets through a spray gun using a peristaltic pump. At the same time, clean hot air supplied by the air exhaust cabinet is exhausted through the sieve meshes, ensuring that the coating materials dry quickly and form a firm, smooth, and even layer. The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, making it efficient and reliable. Main Machine:
The main machine ensures a dust-free environment, prevents syrup splashing, improves operational conditions, reduces cross-contamination, simplifies the coating process, shortens coating time, and enhances production efficiency. It includes a mini-computer and a touch screen for temperature and negative pressure control, allowing programmable adjustments to process parameters such as flow, pressure, intake, exhaust, temperature, and rotation speed. It supports over 14 different coating programs and can be modified during operation. It also offers data storage and printing functions, enabling precise tracking of each batch's production parameters and meeting domestic advanced standards. Hot Air Cabinet:
The hot air cabinet purifies incoming air through three stages of filtration (primary, medium, and high) to reach a 100,000-level cleanliness. It then blows the purified air into the main machine drum. Equipped with a vibration damper and primary filtration device, it meets GMP requirements and ensures a clean working environment. Air Exhaust Cabinet:
Designed to remove air from the main machine drum, including dust absorption, it maintains a negative pressure environment. It features a vibration damper and a reflux-proof device. Before stopping the machine, the exhaust cutlet should be closed to prevent backflow. The cabinet also has a dust abatement and filtration system, making cleaning easier and reducing dust accumulation. Air Spraying System:
The system uses a high-pressure crawler pump and a Japanese-imported air spray gun to ensure uniform liquid vaporization and effective application of the coating material.




Thermostatic Stirring Tank:
The tank allows for electric heating and stirring of the coating medium to a uniform liquid at a preset temperature.
