How to install the control valve on site

Control valve installation must be received from the scene after the control valve, it is necessary to properly handle the valve problem. Operators at all stages of the installation of the control valve to adjust the control valve, carelessly handle the control valve may cause a great delay in starting the device. It is advisable to consider the following specific requirements: (1) The source of gas used to operate the pneumatic regulator should be oil-free and dry, especially with positioner valves. (2) The inlet pipe of the small-diameter control valve should be equipped with an appropriate filter to filter out impurities caused by the piping system to avoid damage to the valve. (3) The valve body to avoid excessive pressure when installed in the system, which is particularly important for valve body separate valve. (4) Prior to the initial start-up and after stoppage overhaul, filters should be installed in front of the regulator to filter out dirt, rust and other debris in the pipeline. Wherever possible, piping systems are to be fitted with a nipple and the piping system is flushed out before the regulator is installed. (5) In regulating valves operated in dusty environments, a rubber or plastic cover is fitted around the stem to protect the polished surface of the valve stem from damage. (6) It is important to follow the instructions given by the manufacturer for all switchgear and auxiliary equipment switch positions. For example, do not forget the bypass switch in the valve positioner bypass. (7) It is conceivable that even a good design will inevitably accumulate high-pressure fluid when it is cut off. Therefore, it is advisable to install venting on each side of the regulator if there is significant danger of potential energy build-up. Valve and / or drain valve. (8) For valves with a large accumulation of high-pressure material, it is necessary to consider the installation of two vent and bleed valves. Only a small amount of material accumulates between the two valves, and at the same time the system pressure can be gradually relieved so that the pressure between these two venting or venting valves can be repeatedly accumulated and discharged. Note that the regulator must be open during this process. (9) If the fluid to be discharged is a hazardous gas, vent lines must be secured in a safe place. (10) If the valve needs to be removed from the system after installation, close the shut-off valve and mark it. If there is a hazardous fluid or contaminant in the regulator, a corresponding mark should be added to allow proper cleaning prior to disassembly of the valve. (11) Be sure to install the regulator valve in the direction of flow arrow. If the valve arrow provided by the manufacturer indicates the wrong orientation, report the situation. (12) Before installing depends on the valve manufacturer's specific instructions.
