For large-scale complete sets of products consisting of tens of thousands of parts, a group-parallel engineering principle is used to establish a process project responsibility system, and project managers are set up according to similar product classifications to participate in product design ahead of time, extending to manufacturing and on-site installation technical services. It is a new topic in the typical single piece production heavy machine industry. 1 The process of constructing the technology in parallel and the preparation of the basic process and status The current technical preparations of the state-owned large-scale heavy machinery enterprises (mainly concept design, component design, process design, assembly design) and technical services (manufacturing, on-site installation and debugging) basically belong to Serial "style. In the product design phase, the responsible person for the process project participates in the review of the design proposal according to the “Relevant Rules for the Responsibilities of the Process and Design Technical Service Interface” formulated by the group company, and conducts a process review on the design drawings of key zero-components. In this process, we must consider the issues of processing, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, cost, quality, on-site installation, and so on, and work in parallel. Process technology preparation stage The process project leader uses group technology to classify similar parts and make uniform regulations. For similar products that have already been manufactured, whether the original process document review can be borrowed, modified or added can be used to make the process documents uniform and the working hours quota be consistent. The person in charge of the process project leads the technical team and calls the relevant personnel to participate in the operation. Technical Summary and Improvement Phase The process project leader will sort out the entire production process and installation and commissioning of the in-charge product, organize the process personnel to complete the process technology summary, incorporate the proven mature process into the factory standard or enter the typical process database.
