Dryer equipment fan is the key to ensure the drying efficiency

The selection method for the fans of the dryer industry in the actual operation and production involves the following situations:
1) Select a suitable fan model for the new dry project: Determine the fan's mass flow and full pressure head based on the production capacity and resistance of the drying equipment system. For a single induced draft fan system, it should be ensured that the total fan pressure is greater than the system resistance. In the case of the dual table drum-draft fan system, the total pressure of the two fans should be greater than the resistance of the system. The use of fans, generally based on the fan curve to determine what type of fan can meet the required operating conditions of the drying equipment system, so that the highest production efficiency of the fan;
2) For the existing drying equipment system, due to the requirements of factors such as production increase, it is necessary to determine the fan transformation plan: General requirements According to the actual needs of the production, determine the range of changes in the amount of wind, and then determine the fan transformation program;

How should the fan in the dryer be arranged?
In the drying equipment system, the commonly used fan is a centrifugal fan. The installation method of the fan in the drying system can be a single table fan can also be a dual table drum - induced draft fan. Both methods have their own characteristics.
A single induced draft fan is placed behind the dust retrieving device so that the drying device is under negative pressure. The advantage of this boring system is that dust and harmful gases do not leak into the atmosphere. However, due to the high negative pressure in the drying equipment, the frequent start and stop of the fan can cause partial instability in the tower and external air leakage and drying. Inside the machine, therefore, a single air induction method is only suitable for small drying systems.
Regarding large-scale drying equipment, two fans are chiefly used, one as a blower and the other as an induced draft fan. This type of system has greater flexibility and can be spread through the pressure of the conditioning line, improving the operating conditions of the dryer, allowing it to operate at micro-negative pressures close to atmospheric pressure. This not only co-ordinates the advantages of negative pressure operation, but also avoids the leakage of air into the system due to the large negative pressure operation, which is selected as a defect of boring power drop. Together, micro-negative pressure operation can ensure that the dust recovery equipment has the highest Recovery rate.
