Recently, a new induction ring asynchronous high temperature magnetic pump was successfully developed by the Institute of Magnetic Physics and Magnetic Technology of the School of Fluid Power and Control, Lanzhou University of Technology.
The pump is flammable, explosive, highly toxic, corrosive, and rare. It is completely leak-free. It transports the medium under environmentally friendly, safe and pure conditions. The temperature of the transport medium is up to 450 °C, and there is no need for cooling. Chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, film photocopying, electroplating, nuclear power, vacuum, semiconductor industry, food and other fields. In addition, such pumps have soft start characteristics when delivering viscous liquids. At present, the technology of this project is only mastered by the British HMD company internationally, and there is no manufacturer in China to produce such a pump.

3) Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy; smooth driving, low noise and long service life.
4) Gearbox and driving holes' accuracy are guaranteed by specialized casting supplier and NCC.
