Chapter 2, Section 2, Raw Materials Required for Single Design

The information required for the design of the standard scheme is provided by the geological exploration department in the geological exploration report. The original data required for the construction design shall be provided by the mine geology department on the basis of production prospecting, and shall generally include:

(1) Ore body occurrence conditions, geological structure, physico-mechanical properties of ore and surrounding rock;

(2) The ore reserves and reserves levels of the block segment;

(3) Prospecting data of the stock block section, including the geological plan of the prospecting tunnel, the geological section of the prospecting patio and the geological text specification;

(4) Plan of the block segment and the plan view of the adjacent stage (including coordinates);

(5) Mining technical and economic indicators of adjacent ore blocks or empirical data on mining of the same type of deposit;

(6) Information on the mining, loading and transportation equipment and materials that can be provided for the construction of the ore block.

The geological data is gradually filled with the construction sketch. Geological plans and profiles should be measured in time during construction, and supplementary geological data should be proposed, especially for complex conditions, disseminated ore bodies, etc. If necessary, the local survey department should be used for secondary delineation, and the results of the deduction should be supplemented and upgraded in time.

Characteristics
1.Structure. Panels and frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.
2.Hermetic compressor. Rotary type compressor for model 2.5 to 12, and scroll type compressors for model 14 to 45, with built-in thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater, mounted on rubber vibration dampers.
3.Centrifugal fan. Low noise; Protection level IP44
4.Water side heat exchanger. High efficiency tube in tube heat exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material.
5.Refrigerant circuit. Copper tube connection with charge valves, filter, capillary tube; high pressure switch and low pressure switch. The heat pump units are complete also with 4-way valve and one way valve.
