6. This boom includes a lubrication pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket (1.1 cbm), 1 linkage, 6 pins, and 4 hoses.
7. If needed, we can use Sany original cylinders for the stick and bucket cylinder, or customize according to your request.
8. Additional piping can be added upon request to support special applications.
9. All welding is done manually using a protective gas mix of 80% Argon and 20% COâ‚‚, which is the industry standard.
10. The main material is Q345B + Q690D, with the top and bottom cover plates made of Q690D. Pins are made of 42CrMo4.
11. For heavy-duty applications, some parts can be reinforced with thicker plates or overlapping layers.
12. Before welding, edges are milled to ensure proper weld penetration and structural integrity.
13. Precision boring is used after welding to prevent stress-related tolerances in critical joints.
14. A detailed parts list is provided for easy maintenance and after-sales service.
15. Manufacturing time is approximately 15 days, with a 6-month warranty after installation.
