Marine Electric Capstan Anchor Winches for BoatsOur marine electric capstan anchor winches are designed for a wide range of boat applications. They come in various drive types, including hydraulic (low or high pressure), DC-electric, and frequency converter systems. Key features include a frequency converter drive system, local console, central console, and speed console. The tension control system ensures constant tension during mooring and ship movement. It also displays the length of the rope being deployed.
We have developed a 12-point anchor mooring positioning system for semi-submersible lifting platforms, tailored to meet class specifications. This system is driven by a variable frequency motor, featuring a 1500 kN single-cord tension and a 5000 kN supporting load. It uses a shiftable reduction gear, dynamic braking system, and advanced constant tension control technology.
