XD series single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump installation method
1. Installation of XD rotary vane vacuum pump The XD rotary vane vacuum pump should be placed horizontally. Almost no vibration at the same time as the pump operation may not be fixed. There are metric screw holes on the bottom of the pump to fix the pump, do not push and pull the pump on the ground, so as not to damage the damping pad.
To ensure good cooling, the pump cooling air inlet and outlet should be more than 750px from the surrounding objects. To facilitate maintenance, it is recommended to leave a gap of 0.4m in front of the air intake and exhaust ports of the XD rotary vane vacuum pump. The base with oil pan can be installed for oil draining.
Pumps shipped by XD rotary vane vacuum pumps do not carry oil. After installation, slowly inject the specified vacuum pump oil through the filler port (see Maintenance 5.1) to 3/4 of the height of the oil window.
2. Electrical connection of XD type rotary vane vacuum pump Electrical wiring of XD rotary vane vacuum pump must be performed by a professional electrician. Appropriate motor overload protection device should be used.
The single-phase 220V50HZ vacuum pump must ensure that the voltage is within 220V±10%. If the voltage is lower than 220V, it must be equipped with an AC power regulator. Do not work under low pressure and high pressure all the time to avoid damage to the motor.
After the wiring of the XD rotary vacuum pump three-phase asynchronous motor is completed, the rotation of the motor must be checked. The correct rotation of the motor is as follows: The rotation of the motor shaft from the fan end of the motor is counterclockwise.
When the XD rotary vane vacuum pump checks the rotation direction, the suction port should be opened or the suction port should be completely covered with a rubber plate (4mm or more in thickness), and the power should be turned on for 2~3 seconds. If the rotation is correct, the suction will feel strong at the suction port or the rubber board will be tightly held by the defendant. If reversed, any two of the three power lines are reversed.
Note: The XD rotary vane vacuum pump will rotate in the wrong direction for a long time and it will be damaged.
3. The system connection of the XD type rotary vane vacuum pump The size of the intake pipe of the XD rotary vane vacuum pump should not be smaller than the size of the suction port and should be as short as possible. The threaded connection is vacuum sealed with Loctite 515 or Teflon tape.
If the exhausted gas contains dust, a dust filter must be installed on the inlet side of the pump. If necessary, the exhaust gas can be taken over and the exhaust pipe should be tilted downwards.
4. The XD rotary vane vacuum pump can be started after confirming the oil level. After the first start and after each change of wiring, the XD rotary vane vacuum pump must be started after checking the rotation direction.
5. Before the XD type rotary vane vacuum pump is operating normally, it is advisable to close the inlet valve so that the pump can operate under the extreme pressure for more than 15 minutes. This can effectively remove the water vapor in the gas. The motor should not be started frequently (should be less than 6 times/hour). It is recommended to install the solenoid valve on the pump air intake pipe during intermittent operation. Close the solenoid valve during the non-work period to make the pump work under the extreme pressure state. The power is not much, but it can effectively protect the vacuum pump.
Note: 1. During normal operation, the surface temperature of the oil separator, pump rest, pump cover, etc. will exceed 70°C, and do not touch it with your hands.
2. The XD rotary vane pump cannot be refueled while it is running.
6. Limit pressure measurement of XD type single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump
