Wison (Nanjing) Phase 3 Syngas Project Gasification Plant Drives (Figure)

Recently, the successful launch of the third-phase syngas gasification plant of Wison (Nanjing) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. marked the successful completion of the first demonstration project of the new hybrid gasification technology in the world.
The project is located in the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, Liuhe District, Nanjing City. It was built by Huisheng Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Shell, with a total investment of 592 million yuan. The project uses coal as a raw material and uses the advanced world-level shell furnace pulverized coal gas production technology to produce syngas, which is the world's first demonstration of a new type of mixed gasification technology.
China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. has undertaken the civil construction and installation of the project's gasification plant. Since its commencement in February 2012, the company has overcome the difficulties of high engineering safety risks and difficulties in construction, carefully organized construction, strictly implemented standardization management, and set off a construction boom of 100 days. On August 28, 2013, it was on schedule and of high quality. Safety and mechanical completion were achieved and highly praised by the letter from Wison (Nanjing) Clean Energy Co., Ltd.
