Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This vibrating screen uses a vertical motor with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the rotation track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights can change the trajectory of the materials on the sieve.
