The open-type rescue boat is manufactured in compliance with the amendments to SOLAS, 1974, including MSC218(82), MSC226(82), MSC272(85), and MSC274(85). The hull is constructed using fire-resistant fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). A layer of polyurethane foam fills the space between the inner and outer hull, providing sufficient buoyancy. Even if part of the hull is damaged underwater, the boat remains afloat due to this foam. The boat is self-righting and can return to an upright position from any angle, making it ideal for maritime rescue operations.
