A serious crash occurred in the 23500 block of Rt. 47 in Saunemin, Illinois. A semi-truck collided with a van, and both vehicles caught fire. There is at least one fatality reported from the van. Emergency responders from Saunemin, Cullom, Pontiac, and Odell arrived on the scene. The situation appears to be under control now, but the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
