It is understood that in the past, Beijing Shunyi City mainly relies on 76 district boiler rooms for heating, 165 coal-fired boilers, scattered throughout the city, small monomer, high energy consumption, low heating quality, and lack of perfect sulfur removal. Since May 2006, Beijing Shunyi District has invested 1 billion yuan to build three large heating centers in Chengdong, Chengxi and Chengnan in the urban area, replacing small boiler rooms. The new heating center adopts computer automatic control in coal transportation, combustion adjustment, desulfurization, dust removal, slagging, temperature, pressure regulation and other aspects, which can adjust the combustion working state in time, make the whole system run more stable, and can effectively save energy. . In terms of environmental protection, advanced bag-type dust removal and wet desulfurization methods are adopted.

According to the actual measurement, the emission rate per cubic meter of soot is reduced to less than 10 mg, which makes the coal-fired heat removal and de-dusting index in Shunyi District of Beijing reach the highest level in China and the world. According to calculations, after achieving central heating, it can save 51,500 tons of coal per year, reduce 945 tons of ash, reduce dust emission by 9,649 tons, reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by more than 1,076 tons, reduce noise sources by more than 70, and urban winter air quality. The number of days better than the second level will increase greatly.

At present, the three large heating centers have started testing water to ensure timely heating in November.
